The Konstelasi Accelerator program is a 24-month program that promotes VC3 (Value Chain Collaboration Canvas) as the framework between sustainable businesses to grow and strengthen the ecosystem also to connect districs that are rich with forest and peat land.
The spirit of VC3 is mutual cooperation between businesses to create a more sustainable value chain.

Value Chain Collaboration Canvas (VC3): Collaboration that enables cross-entity cooperation to form a value chain.
Provision of seed-fund as an initial fund to kickstart the collaboration project. Fund instrument include grant, loan, and equity.
Basic business knowledge in accordance with the Konstelasi Accelerator curriculum. Classes will be available for founders, middle managers, and other team members.
Access to highly tailored mentoring that suit the needs of the business entities involved. 1on1 consultation in the domain (e.g. market validation, market access, customer journey).

Fajar Anugerah
He has more than 15 years of experience in a management position for private and non-profit organizations. He currently also works as the Associate Learning and Behavioral Change Experience Designer for Impact Factory & PartnerInc, a learning and development consultant agencies; and experienced in designing impact business acceleration programs for Kinara Indonesia.
He is a learning experience designer by passion, a PhD scholarship hunter and a problem solver for hire by necessity. At Supernova, Fajar is the Treasurer and works to identify the demands of green commodities.

Gita Syahrani
She is the Head of Secretariat of Sustainable District Association (Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari–LTKL). With more than a decade of experience working on sustainability as part of the government, private sector and civil society while also organizing community movements of her own, Gita has unique skills and diverse perspective to effectively work as a professional convener for collective action. She is a sustainability professional focusing on climate change and green investment and is the other member of the board at Supernova, ensuring our principles and visions are embedded in everything we do.
Gita can handle back to back meeting all day and crazy schedule as long as she can go on dive trips in locations with no signal at least twice a year.

Simon Oberman
After 8 years of experience in fintech in Europe and Asia, two years ago Simon decided to shift his focus more to social tech and social impact. He is currently the COO of Artemis Impact and is leading the team to build a volunteer-centric solution to measure inputs, outputs and impact. Simon is one of the board at Supernova, bringing his impeccable experience in organisation and management.

Chyntia Satrya Hasan
Cynthia is a mom, a social worker, motivator, business mentor, life coach and travel enthusiast. Her heart and passions are always drawn to understanding human potential. She believes the right nurturing and guidance enables everyone to become the best version of themselves. Having lived outside Indonesia for an extended period in the US, Europe and Singapore, she is a global citizen. She cofounded Coworkinc. , a coworking space that became a safe place for youth, creatives and social-preneurs to collaborate with like minded communities.
She has a mission of creating more adaptable and stronger local change makers that has been growing steadily. Also, it is her dream to see more women play active roles in shaping the future generations that can be assets in their communities.

Irma has always finds passion in advocating social justice, whether through photography, the arts and creative economy, co-working sector, or through sustainable tourism. The layers of work Irma does just build solidly upon each new venture she is on. Supernova Ecosystem is where she place her blind bet into commercial business process, injecting the same amount of passion of social justice to make impact businesses become the norm instead of the exception.
She is a polyglot and likes to show it off. She always make time for afternoon walks with her niece and Coco, her rescued old Beagle.

Zusron Syaroni
Running different paths on his career: freelance graphic illustrator, papaya and red ginger farmer and developing local farmer community, and a headmaster for an informal school for children around his villages since 2014, directs Zusron to get a strategic role on Hoshizora Foundation to run main program: delivering capacity building for Hoshizora Awardee and its scholarship program.
Zusron currently is Programme Lead in Konstelasi Accelerator who responsible on developing curriculum and business development through specific activity and syllabus for Supernova’s cohort.

Showing up for people is what drives Dea to excellence, hence from a young age, performing and supporting people performing is what shaping her to pave her career as telemarketer and hospitality business. Honing her skill in various prestiges chain hotels such as Crowne Plaza and Mulia, she then jumped headfirst to startup business, by being part of internal team in fresh logistics company.
Supernova is a place where she is challenged to add a more strategic point of view and capital market on her sleeve. She enjoys BTS and covering their dance version in her spare time.

Hanna Levina
As a former athlete, Hanna is accustomed to be self-reliant and adaptive in dealing with challenges in various situations. At first, she started her career at Konstelasi Accelerator as a Project Assistant intern last December and then she fell in love deeper.
Currently, she is a Programme Associate working under the Programme and Ecosystem teams as well as pursuing her master’s degree in Linguistics at Diponegoro University. Besides that, she is a pawrent, surrounded by 20 cute doggies who live under the same roof.

Septy, a graduate in International Relations , has been captivated by the realm of Capacity Development since her academic years. Early in her career, she dedicated herself to addressing cases of harassment and sexual violence at the Women and Children Empowerment Department, driven by a strong desire to learn and engage directly with various stakeholders. Despite a detour into Social Media Marketing, Septy realized her true calling was to directly contribute to sustainability. She subsequently restructured her career to become a Project Assistant at Equatora Capital, actively involved in pooling and database processes for Impact Investment and Scaling Up Studio.
Beyond her professional, She finds joy in home workouts, and indulging in a variety of street foods, embodying a dynamic blend of interests and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning.
